Poster Presentation Guidelines
The third annual American Conference on Pain Medicine (ACPM) poster session is scheduled for Saturday, April 5, in the Broadway North and South Exhibit Halls, 6th floor, from 7:00 am to 8:00 am. We ask that you have your poster set up on Friday, April 4, by 3:00 pm and leave it up until the end of the meeting the following day. Each presenting author is expected to be available for Q&A during the poster session.

You will have one side of an 8 ft. (wide) × 4 ft. (high) cork board with frame for your poster. You may use as much of the board as you like. Please note that the boards have frames; therefore, your poster should be, at most, a bit smaller than 8 ft. × 4 ft. Preparation of handouts or reprints is not mandatory but is encouraged.

ACPM will provide mounting supplies (tacks, map pins) onsite.

Posters should be dismantled by 5:30 pm on Saturday, April 5. If not, the posters will be discarded.

We recommend using large type for the poster title. The body of the poster should follow standard format: Background/Objectives, Methods, Results, and Discussion/Conclusions. We also recommend use of illustrative figures and/or tables, which, if used, should be simple, with brief, clear, explanatory footnotes.

Note, for previously presented posters, please include the name, date, and location of that meeting in the bottom right-hand corner of the poster.
