| The American Conference on Pain Medicine will present current information on the assessment and therapeutic management of chronic pain conditions, with discussions on a variety of underlying etiologies, including musculoskeletal and neuropathic causes. Practical issues such as differential diagnosis of low back pain and tips for maximizing reimbursement will be covered, as will the latest evidence in rational multidrug therapy. With an emphasis on evidence-based medicine, this national meeting will provide a rich learning environment for pain specialists and primary care physicians alike, creating an open exchange of knowledge. |

Exhibitor Eligibility
All products and services on exhibit must be directly
related to the conduct of science and medicine and must
be preapproved by the Institute of Applied Science & Medicine. The Institute reserves
the right to determine the eligibility of any proposed
exhibit. |

Exhibit Booth Assignment and Payment
Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served
basis. Full payment and a signed application
are required to reserve booth space. If payment does
not accompany application, an invoice for the amount
owed will be sent to the listed contact immediately. |

Exhibit Staff Registration
Three (3) complimentary exhibitor badges will be
provided with each 10' x 10' booth.
There will be a $50
surcharge for each additional exhibitor badge requested. |
